EVENT/SEMINAR TICKETS:
You must be 18 years of age or older to attend a LIVE event or seminar with The Venetian Medium LLC. Please, no lap children or infants.
Admission to a LIVE event or webinar does not guarantee a reading.
- Event dates, times, venues which are listed on the ticket, may change. It is up to the Buyer to verify the most recent changes by visiting MeetMattFraser.com or referring to official listings for any changes.
- All Sales Are Final. Tickets cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or refunded once purchased under any circumstances. All prices are subject to change at any time for any reason. A ticket handling fee also known as a ” box office fee” and or “convenience fee” may be applied by the box office or venue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Venetian Medium LLC will most likely only cancel in a storm if a state of emergency is being issued. However from time to time, there are unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. If the event is rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. In the unlikely event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management. If your tickets are through an outside agent or promoter other than The Venetian Medium LLC, please refer their policies.
RECORDING, TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION:
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
When you enter a The Venetian Medium LLC event either online or in person, you give your full consent to being recorded and filmed. If you are the ticket purchaser it is also your duty to inform those attending with you of this policy.
Furthermore, by attending you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by The Venetian Medium LLC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Venetian Medium LLC events in the future. If that is not your wish, it is best that you do not attend.
By attending, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.
PERSONAL RECORDING DEVICES:
The use of cameras, cell phones, and all recording devices any kind are not permitted.
Filming, recording or reproducing the event online in any way is strictly prohibited. When you enter a Venetian Medium LLC event either online or in person you agree not to film, record or publish any of the event.
The live event broadcast and its entirety is owned and copyrighted by Venetian Medium LLC.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against The Venetian Medium LLC, its management, officers, directors, owners, employees or agents on behalf of yourself and any accompanying patron.
CONDUCT:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).
TICKETS SOLD THROUGH PROMOTERS & OUTSIDE BOX OFFICES:
International tours, casino venues and event tickets sold through promoters, production companies and third parties are subject to that organizations terms and conditions, policies and disclaimers. All refunds, exchanges and purchases must be done solely through that party.
INVALID TICKETS:
You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to any Venetian Medium LLC ticketed event or Seminar and you must produce that ticket for inspection upon request from an event official at any time. Failure to produce such ticket when requested may result in you being denied access to the event or in you being removed from the venue. Tickets not purchased directly from the venetianmedium.com website are not guaranteed to be valid.
Persons admitted with invalid tickets may be removed from the venue.
PRIVATE READING WAITING LIST:
Placing your name on a waiting list for a session with The Venetian Medium does not guarantee you a session. The only time a session can be guaranteed is when it is booked and paid for with a date and time assigned to you. Placing your name on a waiting list only guarantees that you will be notified when sessions with Matt or Angela become available again.
CONTENT:
The content of this website including but not limited to blog posts, photos, featured articles, videos and audio are the property of The Venetian Medium LLC. They are not to be replicated, downloaded or uploaded to any third party website or blog without you first obtaining prior written permission from The Venetian Medium LLC.
WEBSITE COMMUNICATION:
You agree that you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions that you may make to this Site, and that you will not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene. You further agree not to email personal and confidential information to any of the email addresses or submission forms on venetianmedium.com other than asking general questions about products or events or for technical support.
The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstanding or disputes. Due to the amount of emails we receive on a weekly bases, your emails may not be read directly by The Venetian Medium LLC. We immediately report to the appropriate authorities any instances of hate mail, harassment, fraud, or any interference in our normal business operations. And we follow through with the appropriate actions to end any abusive activity.

Trademarks are those that include The Venetian Medium LLC or Cavallaro Publishing name and logo, and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names of The Venetian Medium LLC products, services, and programs, and those of our affiliates.
ONLINE EVENTS & WEBINARS:
LIVE online events and webinars reflect Eastern Standard Time ( US & Canada) unless otherwise noted.
When purchasing a ticket to an online event or webinar you are responsible for making sure that your email address and contact information is correct. The Venetian Medium LLC is not responsible for lost emails including deletion, emails marked as spam, junk or any technical issues receiving emails from your service provider. If you do not receive your login details, you must send an email to [email protected] no later than one hour prior to the event start time.
When attending an online event or webinar it is up to you to be sure that you have a strong and active internet connection as well as a compatible device to view the LIVE stream. The Venetian Medium LLC is not to be held responsible for any technical difficulties, login issues, or interruption in streaming or accessing the stream.
You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
DIGITAL GOODS/ DOWNLOAD POLICY:
The Venetian Medium LLC offers irrevocable digital goods in the form of ebooks, online seminars, classes, and digital downloads. We do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of these items.
When you purchase a digital good or download, an automatic email will generate and be sent to you with a download link. If for some reason you have any issues downloading, please email venetian medium.com
When you purchase a digital download, you agree not to resell, distribute or upload to any other website or social media stream. It is intended for your own personal listening and or viewing only.
